RIDE LIKE HELL

Website that lets you cycle around.

Ride Like Hell gives the users a unique user experience navigating through the website. We made the illusion as though you are cycling through the website as you scroll through through website. This was able to engage the users and to make them feel like they are the one cycling inside the website.

The website is inspired by malaysian culture to make the users feel like they are cycling through different parts of Malaysian landmarks and places. We also wanted to divide the information in the website into different sections to make it much more user friendly to use and read. This made the users to not have to click on too many things on the screen.

WHAT DID I DO?

I was the technical leader in a team of 3 for this project. Therefore I was in charge of researching how to have the interaction like how we have in the website. I was able to figure out how to make the whole website like a canvas and to place different pages in different coordinations on the website. I was also able to code to have a few arc turned in the website.

WHAT DID I LEARN?

I was able to brush up on my CSS and Javascript skills. This project also thought me how to communicate with a few other team members and taught me the importants of being in a team.
